1. Definitions and Interpretation

We use the terms Company, User, and Provider several times on this page. The Compay refers to us, and you, our website visitor the User. Providers are the services we use to deliver our services to you including the Stripe payment processing gateway and our hosting company.

2. Acceptance

By using the company website, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Website.

3. Privacy Overview

The privacy policy is effective when you visit any of the company’s websites. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content others might find offensive or that doesn't live up to the principles of cooperation and a healthy community.

4. Customers' Privacy

We may use your Data to customize and improve your experience on this site but you can rest assured that we would never sell your information. We would only share your personal information pursuant to a legal process of law enforcement.

5. Online Purchase

5.1 Purchasers who are under eighteen (18) years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing from the company. By transacting on our websites, a purchaser certifies that the purchaser is at least (18) eighteen years of age & understands the conditions of use.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices quoted are in USD. The rate you were offered at the time you joined the club, will be honored for the life of your membership. However, members who rejoin are subject to the new and current rates. For billing-related questions, email support@vurbwellness.com. The free-trial period gives you access to everything we offer so you can try us out to see if we're a fit for you. You can cancel at any time. Your membership will expire at the end of that month's billing cycle. 

7. Limitation of Liability

We trust you to take full responsibility for your actions, including speaking to your medical practitioner before acting on any advice given. While we carefully research, test, and get feedback on the information and services we offer, only you know your own vulnerabilities and limitations. You should adjust the information provided to take into account any chronic conditions such as back pain, anxiety, and diabetes you might have.

8. Terms 

You agree to use the company’s websites in a manner that is ethical and in conformity with community standards. You must respect the privacy of other users and shall not intentionally seek data or passwords belonging to other users, nor will you modify files or represent yourself as another user unless explicitly authorised to do so by that user. You are required to respect the legal protection provided by copyright law, trade secret law, or other laws protecting intellectual property. If we learn of a violation or likely violation of our TERMS OF SERVICE, we will attempt to notify you and give you the opportunity to correct it. Failure to do so, will result in account termination.

9. Assignment

This agreement is personal to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent.

10. Change of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. Use of our servers by you after said changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms and conditions. 

11. Notices

All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this agreement shall be sent by email and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery.

12.General Provisions

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us pertaining to its subject matter and supersedes all of our prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to the recognised Arbitration Board located within the state or country, before instituting litigation.
